Australian band Little Red hail from Melbourne, but are finally getting some well deserved attention in the states. The eclectic mix of musicians formed the band in 2005, but didn't really start showing up on the radars until the won the Australian music contest Garage to V in '08. After that they got invited to play just about every music festival in the land down under, followed by opening act gigs for Vampire Weekend and Spoon. Back to the studio recently, they will be debuting their full length 'Midnight to Remember', on True Panther Records on October 25th. This fall they're hanging out in the states, and even make a stop at one of my hometown local favorites, Beat Kitchen, in Chicago, Illinois. And it seems as though at least one of them skateboard.
